SiteHaul is a tool for logging jobsite truck activity and exporting records. You are responsible for verifying all entries and using the information appropriately.

SiteHaul and this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteHaul (and its owners, operators, and affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the app or site.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any) during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Data, exports, and backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important records. Exports (including CSV files) are provided as a convenience and may contain errors or omissions if entries were entered incorrectly or your device time/settings are inaccurate.
